What can you expect when working with us following an accident? Let’s walk you through the claims process, step by step.
Stop—don’t leave the accident scene.
Get yourself to a safe area. If your vehicle is drivable, move it out of traffic.
Get help for anyone who was injured.
Call the police.
Collect the following information:
Names, phone numbers, and insurance providers and policy number of other drivers involved.
Photos of your vehicle and the other vehicles involved.
From there, you’re ready to submit your claim.

In an auto accident with a Dairyland customer? Report your claim as a guest.
If your vehicle experiences significant damage following an accident or other covered incident, it could be determined a total loss. But what does that mean—for you, for your insurance policy, and for your finances?
Check the status of a previously submitted claim. You’ll need to have the claim number and date of the incident on hand.
Check the status of payments related to a Dairyland claim. You'll need to have the claim number and your FEIN on hand.
