Dairyland partners with the Arbor Day Foundation to restore forests
By encouraging auto, motorcycle, and off-road customers to choose paperless billing, Dairyland supports tree-planting efforts in vulnerable forestland
STEVENS POINT, Wis. (April 15, 2025) – Since 2020, Dairyland has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to help restore forests from coast to coast in communities where our auto, motorcycle, and off-road insurance brand has a strong customer presence.
To support these efforts, Dairyland promotes paperless billing for its auto and motorcycle insurance customers—planting one tree for each customer opting in since the partnership began in 2020.
In that time, the partnership has planted more than 400,000 trees in ecosystems where forest restoration is necessary due to deforestation, natural disasters, and other ecological threats. In 2024 alone, more than 107,000 trees were planted in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi.

Americans consume 446 pounds of paper products per person each year. By enrolling in paperless billing, Dairyland customers help reduce consumption and costs while also saving trees.
As promoted by the Arbor Day Foundation, trees help fight climate change, manage stormwater, clean our air, protect our drinking water, and provide critical habitat for wildlife.
